ITL Description

 

ITL is a not for profit body set up by the Government of Emilia-Romagna Region and Local Public Authorities to develop research & projects, propose and monitor public policies for transport and mobility. ITL has a no profit mission to support transport and logistics development and policy building. Further than being active in many EU funded projects in the transport and mobility domains, ITL has supported Emilia-Romagna in the development of its Integrated Transport Plan 2010-2020. ITL shareholders are the Regional Government of Emilia-Romagna, the Universities based in Emilia-Romagna, all the main Local Public Authorities, Ravenna Port Authority and the Regional Chamber of Commerce. ITL and its staff have specialized competences on territorial development related to mobility and ITL is part of many working groups on the topic in ER.

 

ITL’s structure relies on three branches in Bologna (also legal premise), Ravenna & Piacenza and a full time staff of 13 people which work as a network in the specific projects. All the staff have big experience on EU Projects in particular in INTERREG and ETCP, as partner and Lead partner.
